Instructions:

1. Using Metres
1. Select the "Using metres" option.
2. Enter the length of the area in metres in the "X Metres" input field.
3. Enter the width of the area in metres in the "Y Metres" input field.
4. Click the "Calculate" button.
5. The area and perimeter of the area will be displayed below the form.


2. Using Coordinates
1. Select the "Using coordinates" option.
2. Enter the X coordinates of two points that define the length of the area in the "X coordinates" input field, separated by a comma (e.g., "x1, x2").
3. Enter the Y coordinates of two points that define the width of the area in the "Y coordinates" input field, separated by a comma (e.g., "y1, y2").
4. Click the "Calculate" button.
5. The area and perimeter of the area will be displayed below the form.
